There was a time where I was seeing 4 women at the same time: Nina, Nadia, Lina and then Katherine (aka Mina). So it was hard to keep it straight, who did what, where, who is travelling with me, who is not, what restaurant we went to etc. And at one point I had texted to Nadia a text meant for Nina. Luckily it was a generic text and not a XXX rated one. And once, I had caught myself making a promise to one, whereas I had made the same promise to another one at the same time. Getting out of that situation required some pretty good dancing skills. She had mentioned it at dinner, and I was like a deer caught in the headlights of a locomotive. I smiled, looked down at my shoes and then made a half arsed excuse about scheduling conflicts. Hey, I wasn’t lying you know, it really WAS a scheduling conflict.
If I am ever in the same situation of dating multiple people, I will have to make sure I give them nicknames that are totally different from one another. Then again, I may never have the opportunity to do so, if I remain a good boy! I think I will remain a good boy out of respect for someone. I feel at peace with the decision.
